How Payments Work
When you book a session on Disco Well, payment is processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Here’s how it works:
- You pay when you confirm your booking
- Your payment is held securely until the session is complete
- The practitioner receives payment after the session
This protects both seekers and practitioners throughout the booking process.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfers (where available)
All payments are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your full card details.
Session Pricing
Each practitioner sets their own prices. You’ll always see the full price before you book - no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Disco Well charges 5% commission on bookings, which means practitioners can offer competitive rates without inflated prices. This covers cost of charges incurred.
