Receiving Booking Requests
When a seeker requests a booking, you’ll receive:
- An email notification with the booking details
- A message in your Disco Well inbox
You can then:
- Accept the booking to confirm it
- Decline if you’re unavailable or the booking isn’t right
- Message the seeker to discuss details before accepting
Try to respond to booking requests within 24 hours to maintain a good response rate.
Managing Your Availability
Keep your availability up to date to avoid double-bookings:
- Set your regular available hours in your listing settings
- Block out dates when you’re unavailable
- Update your calendar regularly
Seekers can only request bookings during your available times, so accurate availability means fewer declined requests.
After the Session
Once a session is complete:
- Mark the booking as completed in your dashboard
- The seeker will be invited to leave a review
- Payment will be released to you according to the payout schedule
Encourage your clients to leave reviews - positive reviews are the best way to attract new bookings.
