Receiving Booking Requests

When a seeker requests a booking, you’ll receive:

  • An email notification with the booking details
  • A message in your Disco Well inbox

You can then:

  • Accept the booking to confirm it
  • Decline if you’re unavailable or the booking isn’t right
  • Message the seeker to discuss details before accepting

Try to respond to booking requests within 24 hours to maintain a good response rate.

Managing Your Availability

Keep your availability up to date to avoid double-bookings:

  • Set your regular available hours in your listing settings
  • Block out dates when you’re unavailable
  • Update your calendar regularly

Seekers can only request bookings during your available times, so accurate availability means fewer declined requests.

After the Session

Once a session is complete:

  1. Mark the booking as completed in your dashboard
  2. The seeker will be invited to leave a review
  3. Payment will be released to you according to the payout schedule

Encourage your clients to leave reviews - positive reviews are the best way to attract new bookings.
