How to Cancel a Booking
If you need to cancel a booking:
- Go to your Inbox on Disco Well
- Find the booking you want to cancel
- Click Cancel booking
- Confirm the cancellation
Please cancel as early as possible to allow the practitioner to fill the slot.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary by practitioner. As a general guide:
- More than 24 hours before - full refund in most cases
- Less than 24 hours before - the practitioner may retain part or all of the fee
- No-shows - no refund is typically given
Always check the practitioner’s specific cancellation terms on their listing before booking.
Refunds
If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
