How to Cancel a Booking

If you need to cancel a booking:

  1. Go to your Inbox on Disco Well
  2. Find the booking you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel booking
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Please cancel as early as possible to allow the practitioner to fill the slot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary by practitioner. As a general guide:

  • More than 24 hours before - full refund in most cases
  • Less than 24 hours before - the practitioner may retain part or all of the fee
  • No-shows - no refund is typically given

Always check the practitioner’s specific cancellation terms on their listing before booking.

Refunds

If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
