How to Book a Session

  1. Find a practitioner using search or browse by therapy category
  2. Click on their listing to view their full profile
  3. Check their availability, services, pricing, and reviews
  4. Click Request to book and choose your preferred date and time
  5. Add any message to the practitioner about your needs
  6. Confirm your booking and complete payment

You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Choosing the Right Practitioner

Take your time to find the right fit:

  • Read their profile - check qualifications, experience, and approach
  • Check reviews - see what other seekers have said
  • Message first - you can send a message before booking to ask questions
  • Compare - there’s no pressure to book the first practitioner you find

After You Book

Once your booking is confirmed:

  • You’ll receive an email with session details and any preparation instructions
  • You can message your practitioner through Disco Well’s inbox
  • The practitioner may send you intake forms or pre-session guidance
  • On the day, arrive a few minutes early and come with an open mind
