EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often called "tapping", combines elements of cognitive therapy with acupressure. By tapping on specific meridian points on the face and body while focusing on a particular issue, EFT helps to calm the nervous system and release stored emotional tension.

It’s widely used for anxiety, stress, phobias, trauma, chronic pain, and limiting beliefs. Research has shown EFT can significantly reduce cortisol levels and emotional distress.

What to Expect in a Session
